I will help you lead more consciously, so you can inspire a focused, harmonious and productive work environment.
Many leaders have ‘masks’ that they wear at work that convey what they want colleagues to see: competence, expertise, toughness. Unfortunately, their best human qualities are sometimes concealed beneath the mask.
In attempting to look competent, we lose touch with our beginner mindset and bypass innovative solutions. In projecting our expertise, we cut short the exploration of different perspectives and lose nuance and diversity of thought. In attempting to look tough, we lose our ability to connect heart to heart, and awaken deeper commitment and passion from our teams.
I believe in gently loosening the constraints of leadership, peering beneath its surface and identifying each leader’s signature style. This is who emerges when a leader brings ALL of themself to the table and offers their gifts from a place of wholeness, vulnerability, imagination, and service.
With my coaching, I focus on my clients’ deepest gifts, helping them mentally override self-doubt and impostor syndrome, and providing tactical approaches to amplify their impact. I help leaders learn to set the emotional temperature in any room, to transmit their personal values into the work culture, to use their presence and wisdom to turn clients into raving fans, teams into families, and individual contributors into stars.

1. Self–Aware Leaders
You know who you are and what you want, but not always how to get there. I teach self-aware leaders how to identify and leverage their deepest gifts; how to steer out of their shadow tendencies; and how to avoid being stopped by obstacles. Through this coaching, you will step out of your own way and unleash massive amounts of untapped potential so that you can have the best, most powerful impact on the world around you.

1. Newly Forming Teams
Periods of change can be tough for people and bring up our insecurities, territorial behaviors and limiting beliefs. And yet, beginnings can also be periods of openness that are ripe for reinvention and growth. I listen deeply to the individual, cultural, and operational needs of newly forming teams and design intentional programs to help people develop trusting relationships and cultural alignment; co-create norms, strategic priorities and processes together; and accelerate forward with a shared sense of purpose.
2. Dysfunctional Teams
It is painful to work with people who don’t get along; but fortunately, it doesn’t have to stay that way. When teams learn how to place purpose before ego, they can build a high functioning, high performance culture, even with conflicting personalities. With presence and skilled facilitation, I help teams resolve their grievances; design improved work systems and processes; and fine-tune behavioral habits and interpersonal dynamics so that they can focus on the work and thrive together.
3. Purpose–Driven Teams
Your team is motivated and burning with purpose, but sometimes you are moving so fast that there’s no time to reflect, recalibrate or celebrate the wins. I will design and facilitate a team experience to enable you to reflect on what’s working and what’s not; plan your annual team goals and strategy; or just connect as people in the spirit of learning and/or celebration. These workshops provide purpose-driven teams with the necessary spaciousness and focus to work ON the business not just IN it.

COACHING - We schedule bi-weekly 60-minute coaching calls where we work on your goals together.
FACILITATION - You pick a date for the event, and I develop the discussion guide, materials, and activities that will transpire at the event.
